Costumer File Formats

Many customers have the software and ability to create their own documents for printing. Budget Print is able to output most common applications and formats, including:

• PAGEMAKER FOR PC & MAC
• INDESIGN 3
• QUARK XPRESS FOR MAC
• PUBLISHER FOR PC
• WORD FOR MAC & PC
• ILLUSTRATOR 10 FOR PC & 9 FOR MAC
• FREEHAND FOR MAC
• ANY PDF FILES
• PHOTOSHOP FILES

Remember that what looks good on your computer may do wierd things on someone else's computer! If you send any documents in their native format (i.e. Pagemaker, Illustrator or Publisher), be sure to include all fonts and images to ensure what we output matches what you spent so much time creating. In most cases we will fax what we print out to you or ask you to come in and have a look to be sure everything is OK.

Your best bet is to save any documents as .pdf files (Adobe Acrobat) before you send them to us. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call and ask for the graphic designer before sending any files!
